Our Journey
Starfire is a manifestation of two women's passion for holistic knowledge, feminine empowerment, and desire to regain control over our female bodies' rhythms and cycles.
Our Origins
The Story Behind Starfire Yoga and wellness
Diana Moore and Mavelin Santiago combined their experience and expertise in yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic health (almost 40 years combined) as class offerings, workshops, and retreats through Starfire Yoga to create an avenue for women in mid-life (and any time in life!) to feel empowered to take control of their health and wellness in as natural a way as possible.
Our Vision
Our Mission
Mavelin Santiago
Grounded in the foundational IIN philosophy of bio-individuality, Mavelin recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to hormonal health and aging. She moves past restrictive trends, partnering closely with her clients as a supportive strategist to identify the precise lifestyle, nutritional, and emotional shifts required to navigate midlife changes with vitality and confidence.
Through private consultations and immersive wellness programs, Mavelin evaluates health from a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective. Her framework highlights the vital role of primary foods—the foundational, off-the-plate elements such as adaptive stress management, fulfilling relationships, meaningful daily movement, and purposeful living that influence hormonal and emotional well-being just as deeply as physical nutrition.
