I received my 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Certificate in June 2012 and my 500 hr. Yoga Teacher Certificate in August 2015.  I’m proud to say that I have taught in this beautiful space since 2012.  My classes are a vinyasa style, all-levels offering modifications and props as needed.  Classes are creative and fun and consist of asana, pranayama, meditation, intention, gratitude, mindfulness and laughter.  My goal is that students leave my classes getting exactly what they need, mind-body-spirit, and that they carry it off their mats and into their daily lives. I also teach two Life Beyond Pain chair yoga classes at Derry Medical for those living with chronic pain.   I’m Reiki Level 1 and 2 Certified and love to incorporate Reiki in my classes as well.  Currently I’m studying Energy Medicine Yoga with Donna Eden and Lauren Walker.  I have been working full time at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH since 2000 and have been the Admin. Assistant to the Dean of Faculty for over 12 years.

Strength ~ Pilates
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years.  My love of yoga began in 2013.  My husband brought me along to a yoga class he had been taking regularly, for athletes.  I fell in love with yoga and have been practicing ever since.  In 2015 I decided to challenge myself to complete a 200 hour yoga certification.  It brought my knowledge of yoga and fitness to a whole new level.  I felt relaxed, a since of calmness,  my head felt clear, but my body felt energized.  I can not imagine my world without yoga.  Yoga has become a way of life.  How I breathe, how I focus my mind, how I treat others and how I move with peace and presence.  Now, somehow, meeting everyday challenges with grace have become more natural.  That is why my love for yoga will always be a huge part of me.

Yoga Basics ~ All-Levels ~ Gentle
Teaching for 4 years
My focus in teaching is breathe awareness, modifications in poses, humor and having students leave the studio relaxed with a smile on their face.
Favorite pose: legs up wall to many benefits to write but trust me it is a definite must do pose daily.
Favorite quote:  “the success of yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships”. T.K.V. Desikacher
Personal motto: “Be happy with what you have while working for what you want.” –Helen Keller

Nicole Fante
All-Levels ~ Gentle
Nicole is an RYT 200 trained in the Hatha style and is also a licensed Broga instructor.  She typically teaches gentle to moderate flow classes as well as more traditional Hatha classes.  She likes to incorporate functional movement into her classes and is also a fan of integrating both Yin and Restorative poses in to her flows.  Her ultimate aim is to provide her students with an hour of working in, allowing for laughter, stress relief, and real world mindfulness.

Clara Duff-Marsh
All-Levels ~ Pre-Natal ~ Barre
Clara Duff-Marsh received her 200 hour RYT certification from YogaLife Institute out of Exeter, New Hampshire. Being a life long performer and athlete she practiced yoga on and off for about 8 years. Clara had always entertained the idea of becoming an instructor and did so when she decided it was time to channel her energy in a positive way. She is thrilled she did. What Clara enjoys most about yoga, and brings to her classes, is this unique combination of physical and mental challenge, coupled with acceptance for one’s self and those around them. She hopes to bring positivity into everyone’s day and make them feel at ease on their mat.

Judi Cofrin
Judi Cofrin, RYT200, RYT500, ERYT 200. I am  a teacher at heart.  Over 40 years in a Montessori classroom taught me to be observant, well-prepared and flexible. Observation and flexibility are the key. With a dedicated eye towards alignment, pranayama (breath), mindfulness and meditation my classes have developed over the last 10 years to include healthy movement to support your life experience.  Any body type, any age and any ability can be brought to the yoga mat where yoga can be adapted and modified to you.
Whether you are looking for support for aching joints, relief of pain or a place to relax and let go then my style of teaching is for you.
